The crew negotiate with land owners for permission to dig and unearth valuable artifacts which they sell for a substantial profit to collectors.
This is an unscripted real-life treasure hunt, where the team digs at battlefields and historic sites to strike it rich and capitalize on American history. The team is comprised of recovery expert Rue Shumate, battlefield historian Bob Buttafuso, Ric’s wife Tia who manages the business and their 25-year-old son Giuseppe, the ‘muscle’ and tech support of the operation.
